The Story...

Building a home is not just about putting up walls and a roof—it involves precision, planning, and problem-solving.

I graduated from the University of Texas Pan American as a Mechanical Engineer and after completing 15 years of working in the chemical & plastic manufacturing industry. I made the decision to step into field that would test the limits of my imagination.

Between my Best Friend / Real Estate Agent (Nehemiah Prado) and I decided to jump into the home building business.

As a Mechanical Engineer, every detail was considered when developing a design and constructing The Lume, a house that wasn’t just another home but a fusion of function and innovation.
